In order for a paper to be eligible for the student awards:\u003C/p>\u003Col style=\"list-style-type:decimal;\">\u003Cli>Final paper must be submitted no later than 7 July 2025.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>At least one student author must be registered for the conference. Student status is subject to verification.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>It is required that the first author is a full time graduate or undergraduate student, or at least was a full time student when most of the research work was done.\u003Col style=\"list-style-type:lower-latin;\">\u003Cli>A full time undergraduate student is defined as an student enrolled in at least 12 undergraduate credit hours each semester.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>A full time graduate student is defined as a student enrolled in at least 9 graduate credit hours each semester.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>In case of doubts about eligibility, authors may contact the Chair of the Student Competition.\u003C/li>\u003C/ol>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>The student paper must be presented in a technical session, and can be presented by any of the paper authors. This is a requirement for paper publication.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Student papers that are selected as a finalist in the student competition, must be presented by a full time student author in the student interactive session (round 2 of the student competition).
